  8. You may want to record a history for a contact without formally scheduling and clearing an activity for that person. To record an activity history:

  10. <LI>Go to the record of the contact for whom you want to record a history.
  11. <LI>From the Contact menu, choose Record History. The Record History dialog box appears.
  12. <LI>Select an option from the Activity Result drop-down list.
  13. <LI>Select an option from the Regarding drop-down list, or type a description of the activity history.
  14. <LI>Tap OK to save the activity history for the contact.
